Outline, intros and rough drafts should be in your work folder for progress report scoring
Extra Credit if you bring in your own copy of Lord of the Flies next week
Then, we had a four corners discussion. Interesting opinions on a variety of issues!
HW: Finish essay, and spend 10-15 minutes writing about a time you were a leader, a follower, or wanted to be a different age! (Period 2, we didn't get to this part, so we'll do it on Tuesday.)
AP Lit:
Reminder: Alienation essay rewrite due by Tuesday of next week.
Group work today. First, groups were to write a brief analysis essay about what satiric point Huxley is making from page 104 to the end of chapter 6. Then, groups completed a reading quiz over chapters 7-9.
HW: read chapters 10, 11, 12.
Shakespeare:
In groups, read Act 3, scene 1 and answered a few questions. Began Act 3, scene 2.
