Freshmen:
Talked about the "Yikes!" article. Began working through pages 574-577 in the text and taking some notes on the main ideas. We'll continue this on Monday.
HW: Work on memorizing the prologue to R&J.
AP Lit:
Reviewed the multiple choice answers for "The Story of an Hour."
HW: Answer the multiple choice questions for the John Donne selection. Also, next week we will be working on the "Extended Application" part of your graduation requirements. If you have already written an essay about your career goals for a college or scholarship application, bring this with you so we can modify it to fit the school's requirement.
