Freshmen:
New vocab. Then, we reviewed what went down last week while I was gone, went and got copies of Lord of the Flies (as needed) and began a little creative writing assignment: This class crash lands on a deserted island and is stranded. Tell the story of what might transpire.
HW: Spend 10 minutes working on your imaginative story. (If you're really inspired you can certainly spend more time writing.) See what turns up as you explore the possibilities. I'll collect these tomorrow.
AP Lit:
Vocab! Then we did a lot of recapping what happened last week while I was gone-- a light saber battle? an unintended Stephen Hawking impression? a reading part set-up just to mess with Brett? This was a very informative day.
HW: Be ready to turn in answers to the 3 Hamlet questions that were given to you on Thursday. Also, I will collect your Hamlet study guides tomorrow.
