Period 1: Freshmen
SSR. Reviewed excellent OMAM test short answers and handed tests back. Time to begin writing rough draft. Fully completed rough draft due next period!
Period 5: AP Lit.
Chose 10 new vocabulary words. You need to look up definitions and begin studying these words! We will add tothislist as we progress through the book. Then, we began a silent discussion of Chapters 1-3 of Brave New World...we will continue reviewing these ideas next class.
HW: Read Chapters 4-6 of BNW.
Period 7: Shakespeare
Handed out MLA guidelines for papers. Created Works Cited page together. Typed final draft of Macbeth essay due by Tuesday...(this Friday is fine too, though!) Continued reading Taming of the Shrew. (Haley B. calls Petruchio for next class, and Marty really wants to be Bianca!)
